- Lead client services for the data collection layer of Oracle Marketing Cloud offerings, serving as solutions architect for customer event capture, data modeling, segmentation inputs, and downstream activation workflows.
- Translate enterprise requirements into technical designs spanning data collection, CDP and segmentation, integration middleware, and messaging platforms; define system ownership, payload needs, routing logic, and monitoring expectations.
